Martin Lewis Jeremy Hunt Financial Conduct Authority Financial Conduct Authority proposals are long overdue and current practice lags behind best regulatory practice. Right now a consumer or whistleblower who reports potential non compliance to the FCA has no info as to whether it is even being investigated.

Martin Lewis Jeremy Hunt Financial Conduct Authority I'm a banking lawyer who deals with regulatory issues, mostly for large organisations. I am strongly in favour of naming them. FOS deadlines come very quickly and consumers need to know if there is a potential problem with a regulated entity.
