Hey United Airlines! I know the temps are brutal but will my daughter’s flight to Chicago ever leave Lincoln, NE? Canceled twice (this is day 2) & now multiple delays. And you hit her with an extra fee for a seat on a plane that never seems to be arriving. Hoping for a Christmas miracle.
