That strike call was was horrible.

But this literally just happened.

It was extremely incorrect to try Neris for the save. Just pure stubbornness.

The general public is not *usually* right, but my god, NOBODY else would have done that.

And it's not hindsight, even the most conservative have been saying it for a week.

I still want the Cubs to win this game, but it's pretty tough to imagine it even feeling that good.
