Now it’s mainly about putting the pieces together, and allocating bandwidth (we have other high-priority stuff: AggLayer, completion of POL transition, POL restaking).

TLDR: Compared to binary Merkle proofs, it's hard to say which is more ZK-friendly; it will come down to a bunch of implementation details.

vitalik.eth Rick Dudley (afdudley.eth) Mihailo Bjelic Specifically this is true for the ec-based proofs. Verkle tries are *bad* in our fri-based stark approach using small fields.

As discussed earlier you can mitigate it by proving parts separately and combining them but that's tricky as well.

Thabang Mashiloane Indeed; huge respect for Cosmos. However, Polygon’s zk-based architecture (primarily the AggLayer) is the major breakthrough and the end game for multi-chain. Unlimited scalability and seamless interop, while maintaining the high level of security.
