I think we may have bought a car today.

Dealer took the piss with trade-in* so the old car is going on Motorway

* not surprised. I'm convinced they made a mistake on pricing when it first went up. They couldn't even offer a tank of petrol. Gotta get their margin back somehow.

This is the most ridiculous assertion I have read for some time. WTF is inadvertent about sending a letter calling for a vote and then getting one?

Erm... Rishi Sunak can you give me some cold hard stats to back up your new policy on sick notes? I need to see verifiable numbers from a trusted source on the number of people that actually abuse the system.

My thoughts on Taylor Swift's new album(s)...

Why release 4 versions, each with a different bonus track? Cynical as hell for someone who is already a billionaire!

She's fleecing her fans!

Best description yet of the deluded 20%.

Politics is done for with such a huge majority on the cards for Labour (any majority that big is dangerous)

If we're already screwed, why not go the whole hog while we're at it and wipe the tories off the map completely?

This government's latest pernicious attack on the long term ill is nothing more than a Sunak Cost Fallacy.

The PM is using those in dire need of help as dead cats to divert attention away from a health system brought its knees by 14 years of asset stripping this country.

A simple yet effective approach to tackling that pernicious 'same great price' false marketing - a deliberate diversionary tactic that we see on so many reduced size packages.

Why aren't we doing that here in the UK?

Does Rishi Sunak even comprehend how difficult it is for many folks to even acknowledge that they have a mental health issue?

Will he take personal responsibility for the inevitable increase in suicides that this level of gaslighting will produce?

Why does this not surprise me?

Remember the 7 bins and mandatory car sharing policies that Rishi so courageously saved us all from?

They clearly have form for inflating their credentials with fictitious policies and campaigns. Rotten from the top down.

Fun fact re. grocery inflation.

One item in my shopping basket stands out as never having gone up in price to the best of my knowledge. I'm pretty sure it's the same price today as it was in 2021.

I use this in my Beef Bourgignon.

I don't think that Rishi Sunak has thought through his delaying tactics with the election.

The longer he holds on, the lower his party standing becomes and the more objectionable the behaviour of his MPs becomes as they smell the growing stench of fear. Eventual wipeout beckons.
