The UPS emergency daycare program offers reliable childcare onsite. The result? Retention rates jumped from 69% to 96%! Danelle McCusker, Pres. of HR, joined Moms First & Boston Consulting Group to discuss investing in UPSers & launch their new study which details how #ChildCarePaysForItSelf .

A new study finds that for every $1 spent on child care benefits, employers saw a net gain of between $0.90 and $4.25 through reduced absenteeism, less lateness and lower rates of attrition. But these benefits are still pretty rare in the U.S.
