Unacceptable.... Location & time is unknown but it's clearly an act of incitement. They have painted Ram word on a goat (bought to sacrifice on Bakrid). It's kind of a message that we're sIaughtering Ram. Such acts aren't called communalism but if any Hindu speaks against it,
