#LiFraumeniSyndrome is a rare, inherited disorder that leads to a higher risk of developing certain cancers. National Cancer Institute has evaluated families with LFS since the syndrome was first recognized in 1969 by Drs. Frederick Li and Joseph Fraumeni. lfs.cancer.gov
