I participated in the Empower Project highlighting women in the Fargo-Moorhead area. What did they share about me? Well, working towards sustainability in agriculture globally amongst other personal resilience traits that got me to today. “Empowered women, empower women.”

This is a great meeting…workshop…it’s full of asking “what if?” and thinking through possibilities. Not just listening to presenters, we are drafting ideas and solutions.

Dialing in our nutrient inputs is vitally important as we pursue low-carbon barley. Great work out of North Dakota State University by Brady Goettl. Note, these recommendations focus on delivering high quality barley to maximize profitability, which may not always mean maximizing yield.
