Pearsontown Elementary's Assistant Principal, Dr. Katherine Blackburn, has been honored with the 2024 Dissertation of the Year Award by the National Education Finance Academy. 🏆👏 She will be recognized at the 2024 NEFA Conference in Charlotte next month.
