vulnerableworkers NFBUK Is there any way to challenge TOCs when they don’t keep their Ticket Offices open their scheduled hours? Other than their own complaints procedure I mean. Are they accountable to anyone?

I’m a person who stands up for what I believe is right though & for what I need. I need there to be staff at my local station & if people don’t stand up for the Ticket Office at Yeovil Pen Mill I fear it will face closure NFBUK RMT

As a disabled person I wish I didnt have to keep campaigning for my local train station to be staffed. Almost feel scared to continue campaigning for fear of upsetting the v limited number of staff who work there & I need assistance from. It strains relationships NFBUK RMT
