1105am - Starting to see several storms increase in intensity across the region. Main hazards will be hail up to 3/4in and winds gusts up to 50 mph. Expect this to continue through early afternoon with the severe threat starting later this afternoon.

Satellite at 9:45 am...Clouds are clearing some across far western Oklahoma this morning. Farther east, widely scattered showers and a few thunderstorms continue to develop. A few thunderstorms this morning will produce gusty winds and heavy downpours.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are moving across the region this morning. A few thunderstorms will be capable of producing a quick 1 inch of rainfall.
This may result in minor flooding and reduced visibility.

655am - Thunderstorms continue to form across far W OK this morning. These storms may move out in time to allow for more storms this afternoon. But if the storms linger into the afternoon this will limit the amount of instability for more storms.

6:25 AM- minor flooding will be possible early this morning across southern OKC, Moore, Newcastle, and Norman. Street flooding in the usual spots can be expected. Do not drive into water on flooded roads.

6:00 AM- Thunderstorms will continue through the morning and will move to the east and southeast.

The stronger storms will produce heavy rain, small hail, and gusty winds, but organized severe weather is unlikely.

Motorists be aware of reduced visibilities!

The most intense storms will have heavy rainfall, small hail, and gusty winds.

Heavy rainfall will reduce visibilities, so be careful while driving!

3:10 AM- Strong thunderstorms are moving eastward across the western parts of the Oklahoma City metro.

Small hail, gusty winds, and heavy rainfall are the hazards.

2:40 AM- Scattered thunderstorms continue to develop across portions of west central Oklahoma and western north Texas.

Additional storms in the Texas panhandle will move in later this morning with more widespread development expected over the next few hours.

11:55PM update, scattered thunderstorms will develop overnight across northern and central Oklahoma. A few severe storms, producing around 1' diameter hail cannot be ruled out, but most storms will just produce heavy rain. Movement will be slow and southeast.

7:00 - Storms are struggling to survive into western Oklahoma this evening. There may be a chance for some lightning strikes in northern Roger Mills and southern Ellis Counties in the next 30 minutes, but overall severe chances are decreasing.

520 pm - A few showers and storms have tried to develop from Hemphill County, Texas back to the south-southwest. These will slowly drift eastward to western Oklahoma between 6:00 and 7:00 pm, with a low risk of damaging wind gusts.

3:45 pm - We're watching the potential for a cluster of storms to move into western Oklahoma this evening. Gusty winds of 50-60 mph and hail to the size of quarters are possible. Overall confidence in any one area seeing a storm this evening is very low.
