What a warm welcome for the customer from Burberry - not a good idea to prevent sales at any time, but especially so when your performance is abysmal!

Credit to Macy’s. This store is much improved. Everything is neat and tidy. Merchandising has improved and there is way more inspiration than there used to be. #Macys

Displays at the store entrances are more impactful and interesting than they used to be. A simple but good change. #Macys

There are still many things Macy’s needs to do to get back on the front foot. However, it has made a start on the journey to improvement. My biggest complaint used to be that management would talk the talk but never walk the walk. They’re now doing less talking and way more
