(1/n) An intense week at SZN Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn with EMBL Marine imaging meeting, Gravity machine workshops and EMBLtrec sampling comes to an end for me (lab members will continue). It’s rarely do I find a place so inspiring and carrying the original spirit of its founding days.

Every Iranian I ever met (and I met quite a few, in universities in Europe and the U.S) was extremely friendly and nice. It would be INSANE of me to identify them with their crazy leaders, who they probably hate. I don't understand why anyone confuses governments with civilians.
