It's the normal thing at farm nursery when no nursery manure or it's scarce or you want to grow a seed immediately

15-15-15 is the commonest of all means all 3 are in same quantity.

20-10-10 is a mean it's a ratio 2-1-1.

20-10-10 is used when you need Nitrogen more for faster crop development and help in stronger root development.

Put them in your blender and add small water. Ensure it's well blended.

Sieve out the chaffs.

You can dilute with warm water and add honey to taste 😋
