Just a reminder for tomorrow, children are to bring their pyjamas as well as their swimming kit for their water safety session, which will also be the final one for Y3. No onesies or anything with thick material please! 🏊🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Today we finished our book, The Song From Somewhere Else by @afharrold. The children absolutely loved the story & were gripped right until the last word! They also loved the amazing illustrations by Levi Pinfold & couldn't believe how quickly we read the 216 pages! #NPPSEnglish

After reading and loving The Wolves In The Walls by Neil Gaiman, we have been writing a formal letter in character as one of the cheeky wolves. We finished the lesson by working in editing pairs to help edit and improve each other’s work! #NPPSEnglish

On Friday, we completed our soft toys in D.T. The children have enjoyed designing, creating, cutting, decorating and stitching their toys and were very excited to take them home! #NPPSDT

We had lots of fun with Norman Pannell Year 4 taking part in our Sports Day. Lots of resilience, determination and mostly importantly, smiling faces. Well done everybody and thank you parents for another amazing turnout! Norman Pannell

Continuing our Performance Poetry unit in English, today we chose this poem, A Dodo's Message, to be our performance piece. We read the poem, discussed its meaning, then began to come up with our own actions to perform it! #NPPSEnglish

HUGE thanks to governor, Charlie Coyne, and parent/artist Jacqui Gray for completing our wonderful sensory garden. Your time and generosity are greatly appreciated and the children are so excited to us the space. Planting in September will further bring the sensory oasis to life!
