In 2019, I participated in an National Democratic Institute &partners' summit in Niger on constitutionalism, prior to Niger's 1st democratic transition in 2021 after 8 coups. Actions are more persuasive than words. As a country, we must priorise addressing ethnically biased appointments and the like before preaching against public ethnic bias. It's such like appointments that drive people to their ethnic groups in the first place. NCIC Kenya
