Well that explains why all my former colleagues are leaving. Employers know they have all the power in the Job market now, and it’s times like these you know the ones that truly care about employee or candidate experience

I have a random theory that when you get to this point is when you’re closest to finding your very own person

You see certain things and finally start to understand why some of those brutal ancient execution methods existed

The excitement in the days or weeks before a planned event/holiday are actually sometimes the best part of it

It is impossible to maintain a reasonable diet in this office

The biggest changes in my life came when I stopped waiting for things to be perfect and just started going for what I wanted with a healthy dose of delusion.
