#OceaniaSharks2024 has officially begun with a fantastic plenary by Cassie Rigby. Great to hear about the less sexy, but hugely impactful work she does with #fisheriesmanagement, #CITES and helping countries develop plans for ensuring their fisheries are #sustainable.

Day 2 of #OceaniaSharks2024 started with yet another inspiring plenary by Fahmi BRIN Indonesia about his amazing journey through #taxonomy, #fisheries and #conservation work in #Indonesia
