New Stanford research shows that hybrid is the new sweet spot of work.

Employees working at home 2 days a week were:

- Just as productive as in-the-office-all-week peers,

- Just as likely to get promoted,

- Far less likely to quit.

We tracked all visible tumour lesions (nearly 400) at every scan timepoint in all patients with imaging and mutation status. Mixed responses were only seen in patients with TP53 co-mutations (EP).

6 month randomized control trial investigating the effects of hybrid working from home (2 days/wk) on 1,612 employees in a Chinese tech company.

Less people quit, satisfaction was higher. It was popular amongst women, commuters. Performance was same. nature.com/articles/s4158…
