May 3, 1996, an unidentified body was found on Hunter Pl., Woodbridge. May 15, 1996, the body was identified as ZISKA IYABO RODGERS WILLIAMS after a photo appeared in the paper. She had been reported #missing in Washington D.C. on May 7, 1996. She died from stab wounds. #ColdCase
