After I finished the Railway Walk, I returned to Westport Town and enjoyed another lovely stroll along the Carrowbeg River.

A return visit to Westport, County Mayo! Though this morning's weather forecast predicted rain, the sky was blue. And so, I headed down the Railway Walk to Westport Harbor, one of my all-time favorite walks.

I never tire of visiting Ireland's National Museum of Archaeology. Here are some pix I took today of gold collars found in Counties Clare and Tipperary.
They're dated 800-700 B.C.

I am 'home' in Dublin! I arrived before dawn this morning and am still in my transatlantic overnight-flight zombie phase, but tonight I thoroughly enjoyed yet another spectacular dinner at Salamanca Tapas Bar on Andrew Street.
Such great food, and the wine isn't bad either
