27 tents sheltering homeless asylum seekers have been pitched along the Grand Canal in Dublin City Centre.

The tents have appeared in another area of the canal, between the McCartney Bridge and the Leeson Street Bridge, just upstream from were the tents were removed yesterday.

An infant boy has died following a road traffic incident in Clare
