Perhaps every primary school exclusion ought to trigger automatic consideration as to whether the school has breached Equality Act 2010 s 15 (discrimination arising from disability)

A huge thank you to everybody who came out post SEND inspection meet. It was an honest meeting professionals and parents talking about children and families within the system. The meeting was listening to understand not to give answers and it did just that.

It’s #carersweek & as I sat in a meeting and everybody put the responsibility on me I wondered what happens if I break? Who looks after my child & who looks after me. Surely everything can be my responsibility or it is? I left that meeting feeling unable to care due to pressure

Feeling excited I must admit. The room is booked, the food is ordered, you guys are all booked on and the flowers have been ordered we can’t wait to see you on Thursday at the floral hall All ready for our Carers tea party

It’s carers week and of course we never need a reason for a get together but today we wanted to celebrate all these amazing parents that make PEGiS so special

When we support families we ask services to specify what they do. Very often a service is limited to a one time offer so we must make it count. Often support is fab sometimes but more is needed, but how can a family ask for more if we don’t know what has already been done!!!
