(People can't smoke in the hospital but might perhaps be able to bring in tinctures or edibles?)

As with most #cannabis policy, Schedule 3 (which is step in right direction) utterly incoherent in so many ways
-not FDA approved or regulated/still illegal federally
-much safer than alcohol/tobacco which are DEscheduled
-most Americans can just by it in a store over the counter

They should put #cannabis back into the U.S. Pharmacopeia. It was put in, in the 1850's, and taken out in the 1940's (for political reasons, nothing medical or health-related). Now that they are rescheduling #marijuana to schedule 3, it's obviously a medicine.
(It always was...).

Wish my dad could see this day, when they rescheduled #cannabis .
