On Sunday we had just under 250 triathletes taking part in the ‘Escape from Spike’ triathlon pass through Cobh Cruise Terminal! The athletes took on a 1.6km swim from Spike Island to Cobh Promenade, followed by a 39km cycle, and ended with a 10km run where they were met with
