Wonderful to hear Quentin Huys journey through computational psychiatry, time and space in the second UCL Psychiatry inaugural lecture today. Amazing work, well done Quentin!

Excellent new work as part of our Wellcome funded Epitome study of policy effects on mental health. Led by Connor Gascoigne who shows negative effects of universal credit on psychological distress across England.

A low-income community near Boston assigned individuals by lottery to receive a monthly cash benefit. Those who received the benefit had less use of the ED, particularly for behavioral health & substance use, and decreased hospital admissions from the ED. ja.ma/3LAS3hU
