Agree wholly there's a pressing need to address moral injury (MI) (& associated negative impact on workplace performance) on healthcare workers (HCWs). We wrote about this in 2020, yet little is done to prepare HCWs for ethical challenges of their work. bmj.com/content/368/bm…
