Today, our representative, Amb. David Fernandez Puyana, signed a MoU with Liliana Popescu, Director of the Diplomatic Institute of MFA Romania in Bucharest. University for Peace will develop programs on diplomacy and multilateralism. A lecture to diplomats about #UN was also part of the program.
