There will be additional aircraft movement from July 8-19 as we host training aircraft. Rotary & jet aircraft will operate some low flying within normal operating hours. Every effort will be made to keep the disturbance to a minimum.

90SU honoured departed colleagues at their service of remembrance National Memorial Arboretum. Personnel joined veterans & family as the names of all those listed on the Memorial were read out. The stone commemorates those who died whilst serving or who had previously served on 90 Signals Unit.

There will be additional aircraft movement from RAF Leeming on July 25 as we host our Families Day. Multiple types of rotary and jet aircraft will be arriving and departing during the day, which will also include flying displays between 1300 and 1700.

Despite scorchio temperatures, this week's round of the Station Commander's Cup featured some hard-fought Ultimate Frisbee games.🥵 The Olympics have nothing on this! 🤭🏆

Best of luck to Sgt Craig Palmer and Cpl Matt McClure this weekend as they represent the RAF at one of the toughest events in the Karting calendar - the British 24 sprint race at Middlesbrough. Everything crossed guys. We'll be watching. 👀🏎️🏁🍀🤞

There will be increased movement by exercising aircraft operating from 17 Aug to 15 Sept. The Station will be hosting multiple aircraft types for events which will include low flying and some 24 hour operation. Every effort will be made to keep disturbance to a minimum.

From the roar of jets & karts to something connected with nature. We have bees, chickens & wildflowers in our Wellness Area, but for National Allotment Week, we’re celebrating our polytunnel - where plots are in full bloom and overflowing with delicious produce. 😋🥕🌽🥦🍅🌶️🥬
