Alongside #MIM2024 , Prof Prof. Dr. Claude M. Muvunyi had an insightful meeting with Philip Welkhoff, Director of Malaria Gates Foundation. They delved into the crucial role of seamless integration between quality and geographic data with programmatic interventions in malaria elimination efforts.

RBC in collaboration with Nyamagabe District have organised a training session in Nyamagabe for the local leaders and opinion leaders on integrated vector management to combat malaria spread by Anopheles mosquitoes.
In a discussion on strengthening health systems and community engagement, Prof Prof. Dr. Claude M. Muvunyi highlighted Rwanda's investment in #CHWs as the foundation of the national health system. #CHWs drive implementation of malaria program at grassroots level, treating over 60% of malaria cases
