I could not be more proud of this work with Abria & the LEAD Lab UMD team! This is clearly not a problem I could solve on my own, and I'm so fortunate to have a team that prioritizes inclusion at every step of our research.🥰 Now to find more funding to support this hidden work!🤑
I'm the luckiest mama-to-be! My lab threw me the absolutely cutest surprise baby showerThank you to Ellie Taylor Gavkhar Abdurokhmonova Ellen Roche S. Alexa McDorman Dr. Alexus G. Ramirez and the whole LEAD Lab UMD team! This little one is certainly surrounded by love ❤️
But I can say that an amazing place to start is the founders of POWER, womeninedresearch.com/history.html, the current steering committee of POWER womeninedresearch.com/about.html, the ambassadors of POWER, womeninedresearch.com/ambassadors.ht…, and the 1000 POWER members w deep expertise womeninedresearch.com/database.html
EEEEEEKKK! The LEAD lab is so lucky that Ellie Taylor (and Bonita) will be staying here at UMD!
Career options in academia other than being a PI are needed.
I am pleased to say we are looking for such a position in my lab!
