A bittersweet day for Hoboken Fire Dept: 13 new members joined the FD yesterday, on the same day that a City of Hoboken gym was dedicated to Damon Murray, who was working toward becoming a firefighter when he was killed in the Spring. Damon was posthumously made a member of HFD.

HPD responded to the area of Monroe & 7th around 4pm on reports of a person found wounded in the area. The individual was taken to a local hospital with a leg injury, received in an incident that preliminary information suggests happened outside of City of Hoboken. (1/2)
