Last regatta before Uni and it’s freezing!

It is always an honour to show Enquiry Learning Trust’s CEO, Darren Holmes Darren Holmes around our school. The progress we have seen since September is a credit to the staff, children and families at Middlethorpe.

This afternoon in computing, Year 2 have been using scratch and making sequences to allow their sprite to grow, shrink and disappear. They have enjoyed sharing their ideas and practicing different skills to make an interesting programme. #year2 #computing

Investigating conductivity - our Y5 children retrieved Y4 Science Electricity knowledge to help create an algorithm for their ⁦Micro:bit Educational Foundation⁩ to test materials in our class.

Year 6 have been using their graphic organisers to retell the #history of highwaymen.
