Was an absolute honor to meet Governor Wes Moore this evening as part of The Council of State Governments CSG East conference. Was proud to tell him that my son read his book this year. “Partnership makes progress.” With Kadeem Roberts.

Another great day at CSG East with colleagues and friends talking middle housing and TOD. Great questions from the audience and interesting ideas from across the country. One thing is clear, middle housing is critical for every state’s economy to grow. Thanks for having me!

Connecticut capped the cost of insulin first and it changed lives. Grateful to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for doing the same for the nation.

Lots of conversations about whether or not to prevent kids having phones in schools. But, we struggle to talk about fewer guns when they are the leading cause of death of children. Parents shouldn’t have to get texts like this and kids shouldn’t have to send them. #Merica

My son is 14 and this morning we hugged a little longer and a little tighter. I can’t stop thinking about these two young men, their two teachers and the kids at the school traumatized by this event.
