FYI we micropatch buffed Graves and nerfed Skarner: leagueoflegends.com/en-us/news/gam… Graves has some weird interactions with reloading that meant 14.8's changes were a nerf in some cases. Went for a simpler buff until we can rescript that part of hit. Skarner is just OP.

We’ll be deploying a micropatch within the next hour if all goes well. There’s more follow-up to do in 14.11 but we identified the biggest outliers based on the first day of games. Some champions who appear very weak (Ezreal, Yasuo, Yone, Gangplank) are mostly building wrong.
