One of the biggest issues with orgs that reach 100+ people are the number of useless meetings.
- meetings with no agenda ❌
- meetings ending with no actionable takeaways 😵
- meetings where 1-2 people talk a lot and no other input ☠️

I respectfully disagree - it’s the #institution ’s responsibility to support their #faculty and #science . If it’s good science , even wo NIH, institution has their funds and other opportunities that they could have supported her work. NIH does not decide who is being #promoted .
