One of the biggest issues with orgs that reach 100+ people are the number of useless meetings.
- meetings with no agenda ❌
- meetings ending with no actionable takeaways 😵
- meetings where 1-2 people talk a lot and no other input ☠️

On your , for papers under review (with preprint DOI), do you include journal names, e.g. under review by [journal]? My experience was no, but have heard different opinions.

CellANOVA uses a “pool-of-controls” design concept. It assumes your study contains a set of samples, between which the biological differences you are willing to ignore. For example, if you have healthy and disease, your healthy samples can form the pool-of-controls. (4/13)

We also reanalyzed human clinical trial data of colorectal and gastric cancers with MMRd and show that clonal, but not subclonal, neoantigen burden is predictive of response to immune checkpoint blockade (anti-PD-1) 5/11

Tom Carpenter A neural network with a linear activation function is a linear operator so it is in that sense correct.
However, ordinarily when we discuss NNs we mean those with nonlinear activation functions, otherwise we would just call it a linear operator.
