Congratulations to Florence Chihowa, the service users and staff on Emerald Ward, Southfield Southern Health NHS who are June’s QI hero.

Great to see driver diagrams when you have complex problems which need breaking down into tangible actions and enable you to achieve your aim

Also need to look at your balancing measures to make sure any actions you take don’t have a negative impact on your aim

Driver diagrams - set your aim, primary drivers which directly link to your aim, then determine your secondary drivers - which are identifying improvements which can be done to achieve your aims, then look at your change ideas/actions Nathan Clifford
