Love the use of advanced diagnostics to get a more comprehensive understanding. Always in favor of having some combo of PET (frustratingly hard to get sometimes), MR spectroscopy, vessel wall imaging, and TCDs when the holy trinity (mri/EEG/LP) isn’t cutting it.

Had fun working w/ Ibrahim Migdady Christopher Cashman, MD, PhD Saef Izzy on new pub. Coma post subdural evac - found w / 🧠 hyperperfusion, improved after 3 weeks. Subdurals are tricky- keep in mind when you r/o seizure, etc !
