CHARGE WITHDRAWN On January 7, 2024, my client, Maged Sameh Hilal Al Khalaf, was criminally charged with publicly inciting hatred for allegedly flying the flag of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine ("PFLP"). Today that charge was withdrawn by the Crown Attorney.
