This is how I feel when someone mentions Britain's problems with 'skills' and 'management'

A nice demonstration of two things:

1) De-funding the police is bad, actually, and results in more crime, disproportionately harming the poor.

2) Short-term cost-saving exercises often end up resulting in negative impacts that cost far more to fix than they initially saved.

There are some well-connected locations where London Mayor regulation requires they be used as biscuit factories and Deliveroo depots. They can’t be used for homes even though they’d rent for 5x or 10x more. This should be changed.
