A huge well done to our Senior Maths Team came 4th in the All-Ireland IMTA Maths Final in Maynooth University on Saturday. Such a fantastic achievement to place at a national level! A special mention to our Junior Team, who competed brilliantly and gained valuable experience!

What a fantastic evening we had at the wonderful Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel & Spa to celebrate the victorious All-Ireland U/19 C Hurling Champions and our Junior and Senior camogie County champions. A huge thank you to everyone who made it possible and congratulations to all recipients! 🏆🏅

Well done to our 6 students that represented us in Watergrasshill last Friday in an Interschools Showjumping competition. A special mention for Nadine Lane who got 4th in her Individual event! A fantastic day out for all involved. Well done!

5th Year LCVP will be hosting a non-uniform day tomorrow, Thursday 18th April, to support Down Syndrome Limerick. We are asking everyone to wear at least one piece of yellow clothing as well as odd socks. The funkier, the better!!

What fantastic progress our 1st yrs have made with their Woodworking skills since joining us in September. These unique tea-pot stands test their abilities at a cross-halving joint, chisel work, scroll saw use & pyrography!

Our TY Art class worked very hard last term using different clothing dyeing, from using natural dyes such as cabbage and tea to the artificial colouring!

Just before the Easter break, our International Students and Sanctuary Programme members took part in an International Food Fair. A massive amount of effort was put in by all and it allowed the students to learn about food from different countries. Well done to all involved!

We were very lucky to be hosted by Luftansa Aviation in Shannon where our students got to experience behind the scenes aircraft engine maintenance & repair.

Congratulations to all our 3rd Year students who took part in the IMTA Pi Quiz last week. A special well done to our winners Nadine, Anna, Aleksandra and Zita who will be competing in Maynooth on April 20th in the National Final. Wishing them the best of luck!
