The Seaport Museum has collected hundreds of menus that span a century of ocean crossings. Each one saved for a reason—picked up from the table by a passenger and kept long after their voyage. This menu was circulated to the passengers on board SS La Bretagne in 1911.

Today we remember all who died in 1912 when RMS sank into the Atlantic Ocean. One year later, the Titanic Memorial Lighthouse was erected by public subscription 240 ft above sea level on the Seamen's Church Institute roof.
