I've never been a fan of GFP tags in my reconstitution assays, but when looking at these beauties I might have to reconsider - full length APC-GFP transported by Kinesin on paclitaxel-stabilised microtubules - full frames (512 x 512 pixels) recorded with Surrey Lab TIRF-M
