My first stops at the fair every year are Minnesota Farmers Union and Minnesota Farm Bureau. They bring their A-game when it comes to meets and treats! Support our farmers by stopping by and check out our young farmers at MN FFA Association while you're at it!

This is my favorite day to be on social media because it’s just wall to wall photos of people’s dogs. But it also has us wishing Moose wasn’t growing up so fast (though he’s still a lap dog at heart!)

Red Lake Nation College students are some of the most inspiring I’ve met.  With the opening of their new accessible Minneapolis campus, more Native students will benefit from the rich language revitalization, cultural preservation, and global job market courses.

The Paralympics started in Paris, and Minnesota sent 11 stellar athletes. Can’t wait to watch and cheer them all on!

Cosmos, Minnesota. It’s pronounced cahz-mus, its streets are named after celestial objects and the water tower is painted like space.   Honorable mentions to Faribault, Waseca, Wayzata, Edina, Ely, Lutsen… I could go on and on.

Nearly every Senate Republican voted against my legislation that would have required insurance to cover IVF.

Americans want us to support workers and their families. T͟o͟ ͟D͟o͟ ͟L͟i͟s͟t͟: - Paid leave. - Raise the minimum wage. - Safer working conditions. - The PRO Act.

I’ve talked to Minnesotans in small towns and rural parts who have to travel 50+ miles to the nearest childcare center. That’s not right.   Glad to have secured funds for Happy Days Learning in Ely so they could build their wonderful new center. Thanks for having me!

Minnesota got a significant chunk of this investment because our rural communities are ready to lead the clean energy transition. Clean energy is a win-win-win. It saves money, makes us less energy dependent on foreign adversaries, and reduces emissions.
