This raises an interesting point re: SB 256 (ie Florida's anti-union law). One former union organizer recently told me he felt the only way to prevent more damage to Florida's labor movement would be to repeal the law. Is anyone else campaigning on/committing to a repeal effort?

This is a good reminder that employers don't have to oppose union drives or force NLRB elections. They can simply let workers organize and recognize the union if a majority sign cards. An option that is always available!
