A big milestone at Leah’s Yard today! 🔑 We’re chuffed to say that 4 years after we signed up to do this crazy thing we’ve received the keys (a lot of them!😂) to this magical heritage building in the heart of the city we love.

We are also up for Resi Development of the Year (more than 100 homes) with Kangaroo Works. Congrats to Henry Boot who have been shortlisted for Fit-out of the Year for Isaacs Head Office, and HBD for Sustainable Development of the Year and Developer of the Year 👏

As Leah’s Yard prepares to open to the public after major transformation, we spoke to Philip Drury, the last business owner to leave Leah’s in 2000. He showed us stunning pictures from the past 50 years and gave us his opinion on the redevelopment of the Grade II listed building.
