It was great to meet the LSC Living Therapeutic Materials community this week! Amazing people and inspiring science 🦠
Sharing some of my favourite #sketchnotes from LSC Living Therapeutic Materials! Cécile M. Bidan's talk on #biofilm structure/properties was a joy to draw (such cool images) and Karine Glinel's talk on #materials to control bacterial and stem cells was super smooth
It was a very inspiring first day at our LSC Living Therapeutic Materials Summer School with talks from Tae Seok Moon Alex Rodrigo and Anton Kan on smart bacterial engineering, living biointerfaces and 3D printing living materials, a lively poster session and tasty barbecue dinner 🤤
We've got an exciting program ahead for our Summer School on Living therapeutic materials over the next 3 days at the beautiful European Academy Otzenhausen! - lsclifemat.de/events/

What a rush running for our institute at the Saarbrücken #firmenlauf among 3000 other people! The atmosphere was electric and the organization excellent. Cheers to all who ran and thanks to all who cheered us 😁
All set to represent my institute at the Saarbrücken #Firmenlauf - firmenlauf-sb.de
As an absolute non-runner, I'm very happy i managed the 5kms needed for the race in my first training run even though it took a lot of puffing and panting 😅
Fun day cheering our BioINM team at the Universität Saarland Chem Dept Football tournament! It was a good fight and a few injuries but at the end of the day, the other team from our institute, the NanoBoys (in red), won the tournament in style.
