Risk: Key man risk

Will people continue to trust the business if anything happens to the CEO?

Mitigant: Hand pick key staff. Build structure. Deliver quality service. Never depart from the values of the founder.

Is anyone so intentional (or petty) about what they “like” on Twitter that if you “like” a tweet and you remember something (or more info comes to you) later, you deliberately go back to “unlike” the tweet?

I do, but usually after “liking” before reading to the end.

The gift he spent on your big man friend is a business expense. It is a PR or business development cost. Legit business cost that will bring return. Will pass audit test

Not necessarily from his personal purse

Any money/gift given to you for your baby is a personal expense

I marvel at how some Twitter political analysts use only Benue & Plateau to project NC in their permutations.

The way they ignore Kwara, Niger & Kogi
