Doodle for the day: It can be easy to focus too much on the small negative things that happen Put it in perspective & ask yourself “What went well? What was good? What did I enjoy?” Learn to appreciate & value the good you do ☀️

People with caring responsibilities can feel excluded & experience increased stress in the workplace We are not robots. If you want your team to perform well, be flexible to their needs & support them to be the best they can
